As usual, Kris was her warm, receptive self. My (requested and) longstanding hygienist was friendly, helpful, interactive--as usual. And I received my usual friendly warm greeting and proficient service, including specific questions addressed, from Dr. L.

At my last cleaning it was determined that I had a cavity between two teeth. The crown was removed, the cavity cleaned and filled, a temporary crown applied. I may be nervous before such a procedure but I know that Dr. Lebowitz and his team will treat my fears with all due respect. Numbing of the injection site is quickly and professionally done. I am kept aware of every step of the way through the whole process. Everything is done painlessly, even with a bit of discomfort for the need to reach the site of the cavity. All in all, not an unpleasant experience.

A first rate experience as always. Dr. Lebowitz and his staff are the best!

This last treatment period with Dr. Shalom Fialkoff was the best. Dr. Fialkoff is a people-person. He makes sure all necessary services are understood in layman's terms and agreed upon before treatment starts. Services are not rushed and no pain is incurred. The dental assistants are very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. Cost of services are very reasonable.

I was a referral from my sister and I was skeptical. However, I began to get over my skepticism from that first phone call. Each and everyone in that office is kind, caring, respectful and attentive. I've never been treated this way when receiving ANY service let alone a dentist office ! I say kudos to you all ! Well done ! This dental advice has customer service down pat !!! I'm thoroughly impressed, and will recommend them to everyone I know !
